This island is greatly influenced by the American standards of living .The Puerto Rico culture is an amalgamation of several cultures. The Capital city St Juan has retained its colonial charm. The old San Juan is dotted with art galleries, jewellery shops, museums and so on. There are a lot of old historical buildings, which could be viewed for its colonial charm and architecture.
