Tourism industry is the major source of foreign exchange in most of the countries. This is true of the Caribbean economy as well. The Caribbean countries are blessed with natural beauty and a favourable climate .This gives greater impetus to the tourism industry and there are more and more investments in this sector. The main attraction for an employee in this industry would be to travel to several beautiful destinations as part of official work. It’s a great profession for the adventurous minds.

The Indian economy has its own flourishing tourism industry and as a result there are several institutes giving formal training in these fields. Thus there are a lot of trained professionals in this industry .Excellent communication skills are required here. Airlines are an integral part of the tourism industry and involve such areas like customer service who are often the first point of contact for the customer.
